We offer a simple 7-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

🛑 Non-Returnable Items (A Note of “Air”): We cannot accept returns on gift cards, perishable goods, customized items, or any products marked as final sale.

If you need to send something back, follow these quick steps:

📦 Package & Send: Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

📝 Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to : Plot No. 39, Mehron Ka Bas, Old Ginnani, Bikaner (IN).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
